Description

Oversee the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
Conduct analysis and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Manage organisational cash flow and forecasting
Monitor progress and changes, keeping senior leadership abreast of the company's financial status
Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices
Improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual
Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the board of directors

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field
Proven experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry
Strong proficiency in financial management and accounting software
Excellent analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles
