Great opportunity for a 3-month temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor in Milton Keynes!The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts. This role involves supervising a small team and implementing efficient processes. This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small accounts payable team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workload to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Supervise the preparation and execution of payment runs.
- Ensure that payments are made in accordance with vendor terms and company guidelines.
- Oversee the reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts payable activities and metrics.
- Maintain positive relationships, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
