Job Purpose- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with Audit Directors and Senior Managers to ensure service excellence
- Schedule appropriate staff to conduct audit assignments
- Plan audit engagements, lead onsite teams and manage fieldwork
- Preparation of accounts and tax computations
- Set budgets and negotiate fees with clients
- Be a go-to advisor for clients, building professional relationships and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving
- Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities
- Play an active role in business development by attending network events
- Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function

- Good understanding of UK GAAP
- Previous client facing experience with good relationship building skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
