A leading UK accountancy firm is looking for an Audit Manager to join their growing Milton Keynes team. This role involves managing audits for corporate clients with turnovers between £30m and £100m, working closely with partners, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits for corporate clients, including groups and overseas subsidiaries.
  • Plan, supervise, and review audit work while acting as the main client contact.
  • Assist with technical accounting issues and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/FRS 102 and IFRS.
  • Identify business development opportunities and contribute to client pitches.
  • Oversee staff supervision, training, and development within the audit team.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years' managerial experience in a Chartered Practice.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS 102, IFRS, and proven experience with corporate audits.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
