Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards.
- Review and enhance audit methodologies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing strategic insights and support.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for additional services.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
