Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering value and insight throughout the audit process.
- Supervise and mentor audit team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Review and finalise audit reports, communicating findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management on the development and implementation of audit strategies and improvements.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Proven expertise in managing complex audits and leading audit teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
