Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of audit clients, managing complex technical issues and project deliverables from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and effective communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, maintaining high standards of work across the team.
  • Contribute to department-wide initiatives, including training programs and pitching new ideas or projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client service and team efficiency.
  • Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence by continually striving to solve challenges and drive high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a large portfolio of audit clients.
  • Proficiency with UK GAAP/FRS102 (knowledge of IFRS and listed company audits is advantageous).
  • Strong project management abilities and experience with audit software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
