We are recruiting for a Client Manager to join our client, a relationship focused, thought-leading accountancy practice who pride themselves in being different, not wanting to fit in but striving to be better.
As a Client Manager you will thrive on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and will take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be accountable for delivering strategic guidance and support to their clients on accounting and financial matters, assisting clients to streamline their financial operations as well as completing VAT returns and cash flow forecasting.

Key responsibilities of a Client Manager
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Offer training and assistance on software applications to clients
- Work closely with business owners to help them reach their goals and keep their business on track
- Cash flow forecasting, VAT returns, preparation of limited company accounts and corporation tax returns
- Providing clients with support and advice on accounting and financial matters
Key skills and experience required for a Client Manager
- AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent
- Experience using Xero or equivalent
- Experience in an accountancy practice
