Client Service Manager | Up to £55,000

AJ Chambers are currently recruiting a Client Service Manager to join the Milton Keynes office of a top 25 firm.

The main focus will be on managing a portfolio for a key client, ensuring exceptional service delivery is upheld at all times and identifying growth opportunities from within your portfolio.

You will be responsible for overseeing & reviewing service charge accounts and the audit and factual findings assignments performed along with managing the wider team members in order to meet the client’s needs.

The role will also entail involvement with practice and workflow management for the whole team, as well as strategic planning with the client.

The role will also require you to work with the senior management team to develop and manage the implementation of a strategy that secures a sustainable, profitable position in the provision of Service Charge Accounting across our national client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, ensure exceptional service, and oversee portfolio finances.
  • Coach and develop team members, identify training needs, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Expand portfolio through existing client relationships and enhance the team's presence on social media.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • AAT qualified or part ACCA/ACA qualified.
  • Solid accounting background, including experience in reviewing colleagues' work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of service charge accounting (preferred).
