  • A strong history in M&A, business sales, or fundraising.
  • Experience in a professional service, advisory, or investment banking environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop client relationships.
