My client is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to provide financial insights and strategic support in decision-making.

Description

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide financial analysis, insights, and guidance on key business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular financial performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure financial considerations are integrated into strategic planning.
  • Provide financial support for key initiatives and projects, assisting with cost analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development.
  • Monitor and report on financial KPIs, offering actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Support the finance function in the delivery of month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities, helping to optimize business decisions and performance.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong background in financial management and business partnering.
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership teams, providing financial analysis and strategic insights.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within a complex organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
