A well-established and growing company based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, ensuring high standards of work and professional development.
Conduct variance analysis, identifying key trends and areas of concern, and providing actionable recommendations.
Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry changes.

Key Requirements:

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), actively working towards full qualification.
Will have supervisory experience leading a small to medium team.
Proven experience in a finance or management accounting role, ideally within a medium to large organization.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
