Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations within the property department.
- Create financial reports and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage risk assessment and coordinate various activities to facilitate operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Profile
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Expertise in financial software and databases.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Offer
- Salary range between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
