A highly successful premium brand and forward-thinking organisation is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their Finance team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is keen to develop within a dynamic and collaborative environment, where innovation and process improvement are encouraged.

The Role

This position will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, supporting the Head of Finance and wider team. It offers a fantastic opportunity and right at the epicentre of the business, and will suit a strategically minded individual that is looking to gain deep dive exposure to management accounting, controlling, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting & planning, ensuring accurate actual vs. plan analysis.
  • Acting as a link between FP&A, Financial Accounting, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable teams.
  • Leading liquidity forecasting and reporting to Treasury.
  • Preparing and reviewing month-end journals and budget commentary.
  • Coordinating the financial planning process for budget and forecast submissions.
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting and system testing for financial planning.
  • Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal accounting guidelines.
Ideal applicant
  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience beneficial).
  • Strong analytical ability and experience handling large data sets.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
