The Opportunity: Senior Accountant / Client ManagerThis isn’t your typical accounting role – it’s an opportunity to truly make a difference. As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you’ll work closely with a portfolio of SME clients, acting as their finance partner and trusted advisor. You’ll deliver actionable insights and strategic advice while helping them navigate key challenges in their business journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting, meaningful relationships by understanding clients’ goals and aligning services to their needs.

About You:You’ll be a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed. To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Professional Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in an accountancy practice, with a strong track record of managing client relationships.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT, or CIMA).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Dext) and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication Skills: The ability to present complex financial data in a clear, actionable way to clients and colleagues alike.
- Client-First Mindset: A commitment to client success, with the ability to see the bigger picture and offer strategic advice.
