LHH are currently partnering with a global organisation based in Milton Keynes with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner role on a permanent basis.
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency, profitability, and sustainability of multiple entities across the UK. Working alongside senior stakeholders, you'll have the autonomy to influence key business decisions and shape the future of a fast paced, evolving business with a global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy across production, logistics, Capex, and inventory for multiple sites.
- Influence strategic decision-making and business planning in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Drive cost optimisation and enhance supply chain performance, focusing on standard cost development, working capital optimisation, and integrated business planning.
- Provide trusted financial insight into product profitability and performance, supporting product innovation and strategic initiatives.
- Champion the monthly forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimisation processes to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance business partners, driving operational excellence and financial performance.
- Provide financial leadership at business meetings, quarterly reviews, and key project initiatives.
Key skills / experience:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Proven experience of operating within an FP&A / commercial finance function of a global organisation.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with senior business leaders to drive performance and innovation.
- A track record of delivering results and managing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week required in the office (some other travel may be required from time to time).
Salary is circa £80k plus good bonus and benefits
