Hybrid position - Leading a ream through month end, budgets and forecasts
We are seeking an interim Finance Business Partner Manager with excellent and proven relationship building experience with finance and non finance stakeholders both internally and externally
Required skills include an up to date and aware knowledge of standards within statutory and management account reporting with emphasis on preparation of internal financial reports for daily use and Board level. Monthly, quarterly and annual - with a full understanding and ability to appraise budget v actual within reporting packs
Experience in monitoring KPI reporting and spotting areas of improvement and helping the business to understand the past and implications for the future. Assist in cost cutting in manufacturing process
Balance Sheet Recs monthly that match GL
Budget and Forecasting and support and challenge senior management across warehouse and factory. Be ahead of change and influence positive change in the forecast along with financial analysis for insights into repeated trends. Help influence process improvement to enhance finance business partnering processes and tools and help implement best practice for financial planning.
Help streamline information collection for analysis and reporting and to have regular reviews of processes
Experience in team mentoring - taking a team through a full cycle of month ends, budget and forecast processes.
Experience Needed:- ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent qualification, excellent influencing skills, and experience in financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis. Strong analysing skills and ability to convey to a variety of audiences. An eye for detail
Excel, and BI experience desired with additional experience in planning analytics and Dynamics/Jet/IBM
