Are you a qualified finance professional looking to join a thriving PE backed business with ambitious growth plans? Our client, a successful and rapidly expanding organisation based in Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their team.

About the Role

As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy whilst overseeing both financial and management accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, private equity environment with clear progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Oversee the delivery of accurate management accounts and financial reporting
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial insight
Support with audit preparation and liaison
Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Either Top 10 practice trained or with substantial industry experience
Proven experience managing and developing a finance team
Strong technical accounting knowledge across both financial and management accounting
Previous experience in audit preparation and liaison
PE/investor backed business experience advantageous
Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
