A local charity in Milton Keynes is seeking a temporary Supporter Care Administrator.Â
Temporary contract for a minimum of 2 months.Â
Hourly pay rate £13.73 - working hours 35 hours per week Mon - Fri.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Sending personalised thank-you letters to supporters who have contributed to fundraising efforts.
- Reaching out to acknowledge contributions from supporters involved in charity campaigns, legacies, or other fundraising activities.
- Ensuring each supporter feels valued and informed about the impact of their contribution.
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and interactions with supporters.
- Collaborating with the fundraising team to align the thanking process with overall supporter engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of supporter satisfaction.
- Experience in using CRM systems to manage supporter data is desirable.
