Venture Contracts are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Estimator or his position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for career advancement within our reputable company.

Responsibilities:

Researching Costs:Investigate the costs of materials, transportation, labor, and equipment required for projects.
Obtaining Quotes:Secure quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified timeframes to ensure accurate estimations.
Risk Assessment:Assess risk levels associated with each project to inform decision-making processes.
Bid Support:Assist in the preparation of bids for new contracts and provide support to buyers in procurement activities.
Quotation Preparation:Prepare and submit detailed quotations and cost breakdowns for proposed work.
Cost Monitoring:Monitor project costs at different stages to ensure adherence to estimated budgets.
Vendor Relations:Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Prior experience in estimating or related field preferred
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Willingness to undergo training and development to progress to a senior role
