The role HR Operations Assistant to support employees and HR processes. This role is perfect for someone in the early stages of their HR career looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Responsibilities of this HR Operations Assistant role -

  • Facilitate the employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on onboarding and engagement.
  • Assist in managing HR systems (Wrike, HiBob, Microsoft Suite) and enhancing process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR tasks to streamline operations.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect and analyse HR data to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR processes with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations

To be successful in this HR Operations Assistant -

  • Entry level with someone with a HR qualification will be consider but someone with 1-2years of experience in HR or People Operations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Wrike, HiBob, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Have an HR Degree or CIPD is desirable but not essential
  • Must have good Excel experience (for example be able to do pivot tables)
  • Keen interest in HR data, automation, and process optimisation.
  • Basic understanding of UK employment laws, with a willingness to learn.
  • Happy to work hybrid but with a remote team
