A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an HR Advisor to join a well-established team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. If you have a strong understanding of employment law and enjoy working closely with managers to drive performance and engagement, this could be the role for you! This role will have a focus on supporting hiring managers with employee relations and grievances. Our client will offer hybrid working, you will manage your own diary and whilst your base will be their Wolverton site, you will be required to travel to their corby site based on business needs. Duties
  • Providing expert HR support to line managers
  • Supporting formal meetings and advising on employee relations matters
  • Coaching managers on best practices for performance, engagement, and absence management
  • Assisting with organisational changes and design improvements
  • Playing a key role in recruitment by conducting interviews
