We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Membership & Events Team Leader based in Milton Keynes. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 30,000 per annum
Working Hours: 7am-7pm (35 working hours)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hybrid Working
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Handle escalated complaints and provide first-line support.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards across all communication channels.
- Manage team schedules and encourage process improvements.
- Provide training to ensure the team meets user needs effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer service background with experience in complaint resolution.
- Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a contact centre environment and managing multi-channel enquiries.
- Skilled in team leadership and training.
