A role has become available for an experienced NetSuite Administrator with solid skills looking for a new, exciting challenge in a fast-growing business. We need someone with a strong background in managing NetSuite systems, ideally with experience with Celigo as a Middleware to connect Amazon to NetSuite. You will ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise during high-volume periods.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of NetSuite ERP, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Address and resolve any NetSuite-related issues that arise, particularly during peak order periods.
- Manage and optimise Celigo integrations between Amazon and NetSuite, troubleshooting any integration problems. Having Celigo Integration experience is an advantage, not a necessity.
- Work closely with a Systems Specialist to develop and implement system improvements and efficiencies.
- Proactively monitor and manage system errors, particularly during high-volume months, to ensure seamless operations.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving issues within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Celigo as a Middleware and its integration with NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
- Ability to work effectively with the Systems Specialist and other team members to drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Analytical abilities, preferably with previous programming or scripting experience
- Experience in data analysis and ETL processes
- Data mining proficiency
- Technical documentation experience, such as UML or similar (Use Case, Process Flows, State Diagrams)
- User requirements gathering
- Integration experience, preferably with Amazon systems
- Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
