This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to contribute to generating significant philanthropic support within a department central to the institute’s strategic aims and goals.As a Telephone Fundraiser, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with alumni, raising awareness of university projects, and securing vital donations that support students and research initiatives.About You:You should be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting education. You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in fundraising or customer service is beneficial but not essential.Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Alumni: Calling selected university alumni to inform them about philanthropic projects and inspire their support through donations.
Data Management: Accurately maintaining records of all interactions on the alumni database, ensuring all personal data, donation details, and other relevant information are up to date and recorded to the highest standard.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with alumni, demonstrating their importance to the university and the impact of their contributions.
Flexibility: Adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of the Development Office, undertaking additional duties as required.
