EAC are representing an exciting Organisation with progressive growth plans. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Office Manager in supporting the Sales Team within the office.

On offer:

Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Uploading finance proposals onto various portals
  • Checking payouts and making follow-up calls with clients to ensure a smooth process
  • Chasing commission payments from funders to ensure timely transactions
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Provide proactive and enthusiastic support to your team

Ideal Sales Administrator:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building internal relationships
  • Proactive attitude with a natural ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely tasks
  • Enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
