BlueCrest Recruitment are recruiting for a very fast growing and already established International company based in Milton Keynes. They are recruiting for an Sales and Project administator to support the business in this tremendous capital expenditure.
This will be an ongoing contract which will most likely lead to a longer term /permanent role. The project is scheduled to last for 2 years so plenty of scope to get your teeth into this.
The successful candidate -will come from a background of processing AP, Expenses, Accounts receivable / DATA analysis background too .but now wants to step up in their career with a leading company.
Once you develop your skills with their bespoke systems and get to know the other teams, you will get exposure to huge cutting edge (multi £m IT projects upgrading their clients terminals, to sensitive software implemented within the client nationally)
This is a fast paced, high volume environment, The successful candidate will be instrumental in the finance team and work in a fast paced environment.
Expenses for employees,
Suppliers:
Processing AP invoices and sales invoicing
Seeking approval and posting. Liasing with supplier queries
Project work,
ERP migration
Data analysis on EXcel and using POWER BI too for Analysis and Reporting.
Implementing software globally.
