Sales Order Processor

We are seeking a Sales Order Processor to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the order to cash process across multiple delivery channels, providing a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an experienced individual. • Receive and process standard and sample orders from customers, including EDI.
• Check inventory availability and confirm orders with customers.
• Generate open order reports and update delivery status, rejections, and date/quantity changes.
• Assist customers with queries by investigating and resolving them promptly.
• Ensure pricing is correctly set up for promotions and seasonal changes.
• Advise the Manager of any ongoing concerns or risks to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouses for repacks, labelling, and special deliveries.
• Onboard new customers with the warehouses and maintain master data.
• Produce shipping documents for deliveries and consolidate loads for efficiency.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand their specific business needs.
• Liaise and build relationships with allocated Sales Account Managers.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to both internal and external contacts.
• Perform general administration duties as required.

• Previous experience in sales order processing or customer service.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong speaking and written skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
