Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Overseeing service across multiple kitchen sections, ensuring consistency and quality
- Managing high-volume wedding services for up to 180 guests
- Developing and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a strong kitchen team
- Bringing creativity to menus, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Taking responsibility for stock control, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards
