Hybrid working - Milton Keynes - 3 days office, 2 days remote

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and social media? We’re looking for a Content Designer to bring engaging, on-brand content to life across multiple social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to a variety of creative projects—from digital campaigns to photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative, high-quality social media assets across multiple European platforms.

  • Maintain and update style guides in collaboration with the Social Media and Design Services Managers.

  • Manage requests and coordinate deadlines with the wider marketing and creative teams.

  • Attend UK-based photoshoots, assisting with set dressing and on-site creative support.

  • Participate in planning and execution of in-house content shoots.

  • Deliver a range of design projects beyond social media, as needed.

  • Develop original concepts and present final ideas to senior stakeholders.

  • Work with various media including digital photography, web, and social.

  • Proof and prepare artwork for multilingual and print-ready formats.

  • Keep up with design trends, software updates, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions.

  • Support additional creative and operational tasks as required by the Director of Marketing.

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or related field.

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic and production design.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion design tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with direct selling or network marketing is advantageous.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent time management.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Experience with digital photography and basic editing preferred.

  • Previous exposure to set dressing and/or video editing is a bonus.
