Hours: 35 hours per week - Hybrid working available after training

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy team working in the Education & Training sector. As Learning Administrator, you will be supporting the learning scheme which provides learning programmes.

You will have excellent administration skills, be highly organised and the be a confident communicator. The organisation provides a robust and comprehensive training programme in order to support team members in delivering a high quality and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities for a Learning Administrator:

  • Provide support to the Learning Team in the administration of the partner in learning scheme.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Liaise with student support on queries.
  • Monitor and maintain files and folders ensuring programme details are accurate, contacts are up to date.
  • Ensuring links are live on the company website and showing the most up to date information on courses offered.

Essential Skills for a Learning Administrator:

  • MS Office computer literate.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong times management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
