Part-Time HR Manager (16 Hours Per Week)

About the Role

I am recruiting for a HR Manager to take ownership of HR operations while acting as the link between the payroll provider and finance (no payroll processing required). This is a standalone role, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure teams adhere to company HR policies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain HR & workplace policies
  • Manage the employee database and administer benefits
  • Track leave and attendance via the time & attendance system
  • Foster an engaging and positive work culture
  • Lead on employment and HR-related issues
  • Work closely with the payroll provider and finance team
  • Support with ad-hoc HR tasks as needed

About You

  • Proven experience in HR management (standalone experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and payroll oversight
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
