Part-Time HR Manager (16 Hours Per Week)

Location: Milton Keynes (Head Office)Hours: 16 hours per week (ideally over 3-4 days)Salary: £45,000-£50,000 FTE
About the Role
I am recruiting for a HR Manager to take ownership of HR operations while acting as the link between the payroll provider and finance (no payroll processing required). This is a standalone role, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure teams adhere to company HR policies and best practices
- Develop and maintain HR & workplace policies
- Manage the employee database and administer benefits
- Track leave and attendance via the time & attendance system
- Foster an engaging and positive work culture
- Lead on employment and HR-related issues
- Work closely with the payroll provider and finance team
- Support with ad-hoc HR tasks as needed
About You
- Proven experience in HR management (standalone experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and payroll oversight
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leadership
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
