- Extensive experience in a senior in-house recruitment role within a complex organisation, acting as a subject matter expert.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law related to recruitment and pre-employment vetting, specific to the UK.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and create high-quality written content.
- Strong ability to manage changing workloads, multiple tasks, and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
