We are currently recruiting for a highly recognised and successful Estate Agency and Property Services company, for the role of HRIS & Data Insights Manager. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company with 1,200 branches nationwide, specialising in a combination of sales and letting, corporate services, mortgage services, conveyancing, and more!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Implementation of Workday HCM
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve and integrate existing HR systems
  • Ensure alignment with legal and data protection regulations
  • Spearhead the introduction and refinement of Workday processes and business structures to ensure smooth configuration, deployment, and operation
  • Design and implement accessible systems for timely and accurate workforce data collection
  • Develop insightful KPI and management reports
  • Guide the organisation in leveraging data to drive business insights and decisions

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Proven senior-level HR experience in complex, large-scale organisations, preferably in industries such as Property, Multi-site Retail, or Professional Services
  • Expertise in leading HRIS development and system integration projects, enabling efficient HR processes and decision-making
  • Strong track record in overseeing system implementations and upgrades from a client perspective
  • Skilled in process improvement, risk management, and corporate governance through data-driven methodologies
  • Experience in HR Data Analytics with a focus on driving decisions through data insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear, structured reports and presentations
