Technical Advisor - Accounting

Broster Buchanan are hiring for a Technical Advisor, Accounting for a leading accounting organisation.This is a permanent full-time role which is available on either a fully-remote or hybrid basis.The position comes with a salary of circa £75k-£85k plus benefits package.The Technical Advisor, Accounting with be tasked with managing a caseload of queries (both technical or ethical queries) from accountants who are members of this organisation.The Technical Advisor will need to use all methods at their disposal (their own knowledge, other members of the team, an internal database, and good, old-fashioned research) to provide the correct advice in a timely manner.Other than it being an interesting / unique role, and offering the option of fully-remote work, the other key selling point is that this is a true 9-5 role with never any need to work outside these hours - So a fantastic role for someone looking for an improved work-life balance.The company are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ICAS / ACCA etc) with a background working in large accounting firms - Ideally someone coming from a technically-focused role such as an in-house technical specialist in a finance team, or someone who has worked in an internal technical team at an accounting firm.Apply now to view the full job description and to find out more.
