Requirements:

Brand Development & Positioning - Lead the brand relaunch, create guidelines, and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Engagement - Manage campaigns, social media, website content, SEO, and AI-driven marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement - Develop sales collateral, pre-sales materials, and lead generation initiatives to support business growth.

Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration - Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives.

Market Insights & Performance Tracking - Analyse industry trends, monitor competitors, and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Key skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Proven experience creating sales and pre-sales materials, including RFP content and pitch decks.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and driving online engagement.
  • Understanding of AI marketing tools and executing AI-powered campaigns.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (or equivalent) in a B2B environment, ideally within sports retail, MSP, POS, or retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-centric environments.
  • Experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
