Customer Support Analyst - full time & part time available

Our client is seeking an individual who can come in and hit the ground running and who has an excellent phone manner and good I.T skills and wants to provide the customer with an accurate, professional and friendly service.

This company is small and highly successful, based in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes and are Number 1 in the UK in their field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to customers
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Remote installation of product and required software
  • Perform online demonstrations of software
  • Diagnose and resolve any product related issues
  • Liaise with field based engineers when required
  • Support to customers with managing and using the software provided to them
  • Advise new customers on which product would be best suited to them
  • Flexibility required to take sales calls and process orders

Skills required

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Medium level I.T skills - some technical support experience required
  • Ability to analyse and problem solve
  • Able to keep calm and professional when under pressure
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Able to develop positive relationships with customers

Full time or flexible part time hours to suit - £13 per hour
