Product Specialist – Support of Client Issues

We are looking for someone who can work with customers/clients to ensure they are fully supported with company products.  This will include providing support, ensuring contractual obligations are being met, maintaining documentation and training materials as well as manage projects through to completion. 

Full training will be given on company products; however, you will need to possess the following skills and experience: 

  • Ideally you will come from a service industry background with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Experience of providing support to clients covering everything from 1 st line support through to running installations / implementations. 
  • Experience of maintaining and writing documents, covering training materials, bulletins, procedures etc. 
  • Experience of running projects through to successful completion.   
  • Experience of working with technical managers, Stakeholders, project sponsors and client contacts.
