**Technical Advisor - Milton Keynes - Global Manufacturer (Hybrid)**

We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.

This is an incredibly exciting role where they are looking for someone with a technical background, who has strong drawing skills/CAD experience and eager to learn and progress in a global company.

Role:

You will be responsible for -

  • Offer detailed technical support for a defined technical area of expertise.
  • Support the creation of system specifications ensuring all specifications produced are compliant with internal and external standards.
  • Ensure all system specifications and site inspections are created and logged in the CRM/SpecMaster systems.
  • Ensure basic technical questions can be answered for all areas and seek support of experts in other fields where required.
  • Play an active role in developing Technical Services systems.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will -

  • A good standard of technical ability.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently, but at the same time work closely within a supportive team environment.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings with an understanding of construction related terminology, although training will be given.
  • CAD/BIM (Revit) Drawing experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage/prioritise own workload.
