Offensive Service Team Lead Manager UK Remote
Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 bens, share options. Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Are you an experienced offensive security leader, with a deep technical background and strong commercial acumen? Do you understand how clients buy cyber services and how to translate advanced red teaming and penetration testing into business value?
We are seeking a strategic and technically aware Offensive Security Team Lead / Manager to drive offensive operations, External Attack Services, engage with clients, and interface with a globally distributed team. This is a rare opportunity to combine technical expertise, leadership, and commercial insight in a high-impact role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a skilled team of offensive security professionals.
- Oversee red teaming, penetration testing, and offensive consulting engagements.
- Engage with clients, developers, and cyber researchers, translating technical findings into business-focused solutions.
- Be instrumental in shaping the regional strategy, understanding how offensive security services are sold and delivered.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, providing boardroom-level insights and credibility.
- Operate with autonomy, thinking and acting strategically to drive the offensive security function.
What We're Looking For:
5-8+ years in a commercial offensive security role, with hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, and security consulting.Proven Leadership ability, with experience managing teams and delivering complex security engagements.Deep technical knowledge of offensive security tools, tactics, and methodologies.Strong commercial understanding, including how clients purchase cyber security services.Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with developers, researchers, customers, and executive stakeholders.Ability to work across a globally distributed team, ensuring seamless collaboration.Recognised certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CREST CCT, CCSAM) are beneficial but not essential.
