Solutions Architect - Zoho

Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week) - Up to £55k per annum

Proactive IT Appointments are currently helping an organisation in Northampton onboard a Solutions Architect into their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Zoho CRM in both a business analytical and implementation capacity.

Key responsibilities:

Implement technical solutions across the business
Automate business processes, improve CRM, and streamline workflows.
Use SQL to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Analyse CRM data for insights to support strategy, sales, and marketing.
Present data analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate across departments to identify automation and data solutions.
Contribute to Zoho CRM development and customization.
