2 nd Line Engineer - Multi Site - Hybrid - £33,000 to £35,000 +4k car allowance per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a 2 nd Line Engineer.

The successful candidate will be helping to action the implementation of complex project engineering activities, working with the Head of department. Ensuring project goals and objectives are met.

Specific responsibilities include:

      Log and Investigate customer tickets.

Provide Level 2 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support.

Resolve complex IT issues.

Manage and maintain customer documentation.

Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns.

Work closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.

End to end ownership of problem resolution.

Experience and Qualifications:

      Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers.

Firewalls, Router and VPN Technologies.

Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11.

MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Auto - Pilot, Hypervisors and VMWare.
