Securitas has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Intelligence Analyst in the Risk Intelligence Center (RIC). This is a position based on site at the Milton Keynes office, Monday to Friday.

The Lead Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading the operations of the RIC Analyst function, in the delivery of intelligence services, including general and client specific intelligence products, and managing a team of intelligence analysts.

Combining cutting-edge technology, analyst expertise, and a global network of sources, the RIC delivers industry-leading intelligence to protect Securitas customers and operations.

If you are ready for this exciting and challenging role and have at least 5 years' experience in intelligence operations, and managing analyst resources then we would love to hear from you. Direct experience in an operational role is essential.

  • Working Monday to Friday
  • Working 42 hours per week
  • This is an office based role, working from our Milton Keynes office

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in private sector intelligence, however this is not essential for a candidate that can evidence robust understanding of customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the RIC Analyst function in the delivery of intelligence services, including general and client specific intelligence products.
  • Act as a leader in the delivery of accurate, timely, relevant, actionable intelligence to customers.
  • Manage a team of intelligence analysts.
  • Direction of intelligence efforts (reactively and proactively), including proactively identifying, prioritising, and tasking intelligence requirements within the RIC, for both general reporting and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage intelligence Collection, including use of intelligence tools, and manual processes.
  • Manage Processing of intelligence into databases, forms, logs, systems, templates etc.
  • Manage and support intelligence Analysis using recognised intelligence techniques.
  • Manage, support and where required lead the Production and development of intelligence products, including (but not limited to) alerts, analysis (assessments, reports etc.) and investigations. This includes both written products and verbal presentations.
  • Manage Dissemination of intelligence products to stakeholders, including internally within Securitas, and commercially to customers, both in the UK and overseas.
  • Manage and drive operational excellence through ongoing Evaluation and Feedback of intelligence services, including maintaining the highest level of consistency and quality. Additionally, managing ongoing service development by maintaining awareness of innovation within intelligence to ensure implementation of latest techniques and tactics, best practice, and information relevant to the RIC .
  • Prioritise and manage workloads for customer projects which may have immediate, short, medium and/or long-term requirements.
  • Maintaining awareness of innovation within intelligence to develop and implement the latest techniques and tactics, best practice, and information relevant to the RIC and own self development.
  • Provide leadership and management to the RIC, mentoring/coaching, guidance, and support to staff to maximise their development, efficiency, and morale, and deliver an effective intelligence service.
