**Stock Controller/Order Management Executive - Milton Keynes - Global Construction Company**

We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.

We are looking for someone to play a key role in the team as a link between customer service, sales and supply chain.

Role:

You will be responsible for;

  • Provide centralised point of contact regarding customer orders ensuring that these are prioritised based on availability and maintain current processes for constrained items
  • Daily communication with logistics team to schedule in priority orders, confirm status of current orders, research on missed deliveries and escalation to appropriate parties
  • Provide insight and problem resolution to customers for material shortages
  • Daily review and investigation into incomplete deliveries for immediate resolution
  • Order quality maintenance

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will;

  • Proficient in the use of Google/Microsoft Office packages - Excel is a must, expert in Pivot table, formulas and data manipulation
  • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate and literate
