Painter / Powder Coater

Daily Duties

• Setting up and running the powder coating plant
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
• Adjusting machine settings to maintain high production standards
• Following safe working practices and operational procedures
• Identifying and resolving issues to improve efficiency
• Assisting with preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Continuously improving processes to boost productivity and quality

Required Experience

• Experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritise workload
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve

Hours:

• 7.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday - 7.00am-4.00pm on Fridays

Rate:

• 12.55 per hour
