The Head of Contracts will lead a small team of commercial lawyers offering guidance and support when required while maintaining exceptional service levels. Direct contact with key stakeholders across the business to meet all legal and operational objectives. The position involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements, such as NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, and SaaS contracts. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all contracts are legally sound, effectively mitigating risks while aligning with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
