We are recruiting for a Quality Control Co-ordinator for our customer based in Milton Keynes

Hours of work: 8.30am-5.15pm

Our client is looking for the following skills and knowledge:

  • Above average Excel skills
  • ISO standards
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Auditing experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring products or services provided by vendors are of an acceptable standard; including incoming inspection.
  • To be a focal point for customer concerns, ensuring route cause investigations are carried out and corrective actions implemented in a timely and effective manner.
  • To ensure company compliance to all environmental requirements ISO 9001, 14001
  • Overseeing and updating Quality Management System
  • Working in partnership with Design, Operations and all other stakeholders ensure that all new products are introduced into the business to optimise time-scale, cost and practicality of future manufacturing.
  • Reviewing processes to improve productivity, quality and reduce costs.
  • Write compliance/regulatory documentation for products as required and act as company representative with external bodies.
  • Quality check incoming products from Suppliers
  • Sample inspection reports
  • Quality watch inspection planner (Epicor Module)
  • Complete Non-Conformance Excel Documents
  • BSI Portal Management
  • Internal Audits (Continuous Improvement)
  • External Audits
  • Regularly review, discuss, and address quality-related issues
  • Develop, write and implement appropriate process and procedures for all manufacture/assembly
  • Responding to customer questionnaires relating to Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental issues
