Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Paralegal to join their busy Company Commercial team.

The Company Commercial team deal with a wide range of matters for clients including business start-ups and sale and purchases of business and management buy-outs.

They also deal with commercial agreements, intellectual property, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and share options and offer advice on corporate matters including restructuring, mergers and corporate governance.

We are looking for a confident candidate who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in this corporate and commercial law AND have prior experience in this area of law.

A law degree is essential as a minimum and an LPC/SQE would be advantageous.

Your duties would include:

  • Drafting ancillary documents for corporate transactions
  • Providing support on corporate transactions
  • Conducting due diligence on corporate transactions
  • Assisting with reviewing terms and conditions and other commercial contracts

You must have excellent client facing skills and be able to work to high standards of professionalism. You must also be able to work as a team member with fee-earners and support staff and across the wider firm.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

  • Law Degree/LPC/SQE
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills
