This is a role for a super motivated, dynamic Inventory Manager who can continually optimise stock layouts and warehouse processes to maximise efficiency in a high volume, fast moving ecommerce business. Experience of working with 3rd party logistics and Amazon FBA will be a strong advantage.

Site based role, warehouse in Milton Keynes.40 hours per week, 5 over 7. This is a fast paced and dynamic, e-commerce business that is growing, we need a genuine team player with enthusiasm to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
  • Manage and process stock returns
  • Organise stock locations and carry out activities to optimise warehouse space
  • Investigate and resolve inventory integrity issues in collaboration with Warehouse Manager and Team Leaders
  • Provide inventory support to all departments where required
  • Maintain inventory records and generate daily and weekly reports when required
  • Complete stock moves to support operational efficiency
  • Responsible for communication of issues/information to line manager e.g. stock count variances, count accuracy or general warehouse queries
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate for stock control procedures

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role, ideally within Ecommerce
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in a B2C warehouse, with Amazon and 3PL experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient workflow and task prioritisation.
  • Hands-on warehouse experience, providing practical insights into inventory management and logistics processes.
