Responsibilities may include:

  • Calculate material requirements using a standard set of procedures
  • Create Bills-of-Materials by keying new data, part numbers, part description, and part details by following a standard set of procedures
  • Understanding of yields and scrap rates for materials.
  • Make changes to existing Bills-of Materials in accordance with Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Administrative support including data entry, spreadsheet entry, etc.
  • Communicate with the Engineering team on required new product releases and changes
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within department
  • Recognize your role as part of the Company’s Quality Objective
  • Follow established policies and procedures in support of the Company’s Quality and AS9100 standards
  • Act within expected Company standards including Quality/AS9100 initiatives and environmental, health, and safety matters
  • Perform other job related tasks as required to support the Engineering department
